                          CASE HISTORY
Patient details
A 35 years old man came to hospital with unable to walk, sweating the legs, tingling sensation
History of present  Illness:
*Patient was apparently asymmetric 4years back
*The  Patient has suddenly unable to walk and he couldn't walk since 4 weeks
He was feeling the tingling sensation and sweating all over his legs after he found that he couldn't walk normally
*pedal edema present 3 weeks back while coming to hospital now it is absent
*legs became weak eventually 
*tyroid conformed
History of past illness:
Tingling is present 4-5year back but it cured through medicines
*No Hypertension 
*No Diabetes Mellitus
*No Tuberculosis
*No CAD
*No CVA
Family history
No similar complaints
Personal history
*Diet : mixed
*sleep:normal
*Appetite:normal
*Bowl moments:normal
*Addiction:no
*Allergies:no
General examination:
*patient is consious &co-operative
*Built-moderately built
*Pallor-no
*lcterus-no
*Edema-no
*Cyanosis-absent
*Clubbing-normal
*Lymphadenopathy-absent
Drug history:
Thyroxine sodium tablets 25mcg
Axonal and Secondary Demyelinating Sensory Motor Neuropathy in both Lower limbs and Denovo Hypothyroidism"

VITALS:
Temperature: 98.6°c/f ( afebrile)
Pulse: 92 beats per minute
Respiratory rate: 16 cycles per minute
Blood pressure: 120 /90mm Hg
SPO2: 100%
Questions:
*Hypothyroidism affect his legs? 
*How long it take to cure?
